REFUND POLICY.
As of 01.01.2023, our refund policy is as follows:
Purchases of products and services are subject to non-refundable conditions, except for foreign student health insurance, which offers a “conditional” refund. We guarantee a refund for health insurance in case of visa denial or denial of NIE renewal (notification of denial must be provided). The total amount to be refunded will be subject to a deduction for administrative expenses, approximately €70 + taxes. Payment method-generated fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is requested after the commencement of health insurance coverage, the refund will be contingent and dependent on the elapsed months. It should be noted that one month and one day would be considered as two months.
